Project Overview:
Designed and developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze key sales performance metrics for an e-commerce platform. The dashboard provides deep insights into revenue trends, customer behavior, product performance, and payment preferences across various states and time periods.

Key Insights & Features:

💰 Total Sales: ₹438K revenue generated from 5,615 items sold with ₹121K average order value (AOV).

📍 Geographical Insights: Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh contributed the highest sales volume by state.

🧾 Payment Modes Analysis:

Cash on Delivery (COD) was the most used method (44%), followed by UPI and Debit Card.

Helped identify user preferences for strategic planning and offer targeting.

📆 Monthly Profit Trends:

Highest profit observed in February and December, while June to September showed a drop, indicating off-season trends.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Customer Segmentation:

Top customers like Harivansh and Madan Mohan drove the majority of sales.

🛍️ Product Category Performance:

Clothing (63%) was the highest-selling category, followed by Electronics and Furniture.

📊 Profit by Sub-Category:

Printers and Bookcases yielded the highest profit margins.

📂 Interactive Elements:

Included filters for Quarter and State to support dynamic regional and seasonal performance analysis.
