Key Highlights:

Attrition Rate Analysis:
Analyzed data of 1,470 employees and identified an attrition rate of 16.1%, with the highest attrition observed in the Sales Executive and Laboratory Technician roles.

Demographic Breakdown:
Discovered that employees aged 26–35 had the highest attrition count (116), followed by those aged 18–25, highlighting potential issues in early career engagement.

Education & Salary Impact:

Employees with Life Sciences (38%) and Medical (27%) backgrounds contributed significantly to attrition.

Most attrition occurred among those earning up to 5K salary, suggesting salary dissatisfaction as a major factor.

Experience Factor:
Attrition was highest among employees with 0–1 year at the company, indicating possible onboarding or job expectation mismatches.

Job Satisfaction Insights:
Collected feedback on satisfaction levels across job roles. Found higher attrition among those with job satisfaction ratings of 1 and 2.
